Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
• The product is unused
• It is in its original condition
• It is in its original packaging
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of personal care and beauty products:
Any opened or used product cannot be returned or exchanged, for hygiene reasons.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product:
– The product will be replaced at no additional cost
4. Shipping
• If the error is from the store: We will cover the shipping cost
• If the customer wishes to return/exchange: The customer will bear the shipping cost
5. Refund
The amount will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days after product inspection and using the same payment method.
